KairosPDX Training Academy trains leaders across multiple sectors in a framework that is grounded in transformational change, belonging and the neuroscience of love. We equip participants with the tools they need to do the equity work that KairosPDX puts into practice daily. We seek to empower our colleagues and community members to take these tools into their own spaces, foster an awareness of transformative education and catalyze a larger equity movement.
